The UK Web & Mini-Comix Thing was a convention held on Mile End Road, London, every February from 2005 until 2010. It remains my favourite con, even if Kansai Comitia is threatening to overtake it! Anyway each year the Thing also had an anthology of short strips by the exhibitors, which sold as a loss-leader to give visitors a "taste" of every table, even if they couldn't visit them all (somebody calculated it was impossible!).

For the 2007 edition, they threw open contributions to everybody. I wasn't exhbiting that year, but I had recently re-launched Felney, so did four special 6-panel strips. They were hand-lettered, but I re-lettered them with that most suitable of comic fonts, er, Arial Black. I also missed out a sentence which ruined one of the punchlines.

Honestly, I'd almost forgotten these even existed, until I found them in a folder while digging out the old strips to re-scan. It's been almost 20 years, so let's end their "print exclusivity", and add them to the site!
