Guess who had just found a cringey (though rather well drawn) gay superhero comic? It featured a guy being beaten unconscious in the back alleys of a city with some name like "fabulousville" (why homophobes would move there is anybody's guess). After the villains are seen off, the gay hero and sidekick take the victim back to their hideout to "revive him" in a manner that almost certianly led to him later tweeting #metoo. T'was a bit creepy on the whole... wonder if Marvel have approached the artist, yet? |
