General Info:
An ass-kickin' cop from the 2060's. Sarah lives in Homonia, a country located on the island of Sakhalin, in "Russia" (though, of course, it should be in Japan). In 2040, it was given to the gay people of the world, to become their "Israel". After the Great Revolution of 2014, hate speech was re-legalised. This meant that homophobia and stereotyping actually increased, but it's still a small price to pay for a censorship-free society.
Sarah herself was the product of a half black, half white mother, and a black dad, making her two-thirds black. Her older half-sister is two-thirds white, so they look very different. Sarah's dad is a "well hardcore gangsta", and, when he discovers Sarah has had homosexual relationships, throws her out for being a "dyke". She simply emigrates to Homonia, and renounces British citizenship.
Sarah is good at logic puzzles, and spotting small details in things. She also has a "two track mind", she can pick up on little details of things people have said, whilst looking as if she's not paying attention. All of this makes her a good detective, so she joins the Homonian police, and rises rapidly.

Character Origin:
I think "light black" (or half black) women with really fluffy hair are adorable, so I put one into a qeue in a Felney strip once. Later, whenever there was a qeue, she was in it (often to signify that it was a qeue, so then I wouldn't have to draw loads of people). Also her hair is uncontrollable, making her the symbolic victim of bureauacratic meddling. Later I did a throwaway joke about her being pregnant with twins, who were in a line. But then I couldn't think of anything else to write, so actually followed that story through to their birth, and also named her Amanda Millman.
An old porn comic I drew (just for myself) had a character who looked similar to Amanda Millman in it, only blacker, thinner and with huge tits. Various attempted 're-boots' of this comic had a similar-looking character. Until I eventually decided to do one with a descendant of Amanda Millman! I have now retconned this detail, and she is no longer related to Amanda (see that article for more details). She was called Sara, but 'evolved' into Sarah. Also she's a bit lighter coloured and has a body in proportion to her huge tits. But is pretty muscular under it, and can deliver a mean punch. Sarah was also based partly on somebody I knew at school, though we weren't friends, she was still sexy (and very tall). I later found her on Facebook and drunkenly told her "she" was now in a porn comic >.<
