Overview

Farnbridge is a fictional city I came up with when I was at university, in Lincoln. It is right on the border of Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire, and is made up of parts of Cambridge, Lincoln and Ely, with some other fictional streets / streets based on places seen in dreams, connecting them.

Farnbridge was originally going to be the setting of a Crazy Taxi-like game I wanted to make, with an isometric viewpoint. This never got finished. Or started. Later I wanted to make a top-down GTA-type game set in Farnbridge and four surrounding villages. That never got finished either. Or started. What did get started is Fiasco, a comic based on the manga Genshiken, and nominally set in the same universe. Later I decided to set the re-made (and more fictionalised) Anti Bully comic in one of the villages near Farnbridge, and it's "sequel", H/P/A, alternates between the village and Farnbridge itself.
