A bland hatchback, it was technically the "mk2" Corsa, as the Vauxhall Nova was called Corsa on the continent. Vauxhall had a generous hire-purchase and free insurance scheme which made this a very popular first car in the mid-late 90's. Many then fell into the hands of Barryboys / Chavs in the 2000's and were bedecked with ludicrous spoilers and bodykits. |
